Draper. As someone with CP, Sasha was proud to help bring awareness to the film and its important message of inclusion and representation. In July 2023, the Association of Pickleball Players (APP) showcased Sasha’s remarkable story during an APP Pickleball tournament aired on ESPN. The feature highlighted how Sasha’s involvement in pickleball has positively impacted her journey with cerebral palsy, underscoring the sport’s inclusivity and transformative power. This national spotlight not only celebrated Sasha’s personal achievements but also emphasized the broader message of adaptability and resilience within the pickleball community.

In a heartwarming surprise, the show transformed her garage into a fully equipped art studio, creating a space where she could continue her mission of painting for a cause. Sasha was involved in designing some of the pieces alongside her Splatter Squad, making the transformation even more personal.
Thanks to generous donations from Levi’s and Blick Art Materials, the studio was stocked with denim for Sasha to customize and a full supply of paints and art materials to fuel her creativity. This nationally aired episode celebrated Sasha’s passion for art and her work with The Sasha Project LA, making it an unforgettable moment in her journey.
